Minnesota’s Telephone Assistance Plan (TAP) offers a monthly credit of $10.00 on your landline telephone service plan. You may receive the TAP credit on one landline per household.

Lifeline provides qualified users a discount of $9.25 on monthly charges for either Internet-only service or a bundle that includes Internet service. Lifeline provides qualified users a discount of $5.25 on monthly charges for landline-only service or voice-only wireless service. You may receive the Landline discount on one service per household.
